Bookings are considered binding with a deposit of 25% of the travel sum. We ask you to transfer the deposit within 7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation
Our apartments offer you the certainty that you will spend your holiday privately and in spacious rooms, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Zugspitz Arena. We ensure that all prescribed hygiene measures are observed.
Cancellation fees for cancellations before the start of the holiday:
Up to 3 months before arrival: 0 % of the booking price
From 3 months before arrival: 20 % of the booking price
From 1 month before arrival: 50 % of the booking price
From 1 week before arrival: 90% of the booking price (also applies to late arrivals and early departures)
Payment methods
The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. Our bank details for the transfer are:
