Bookings are considered binding upon a deposit of 25% of the travel price. We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit within the next 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Our apartments provide you with the assurance of enjoying your vacation in a private and spacious setting, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Zugspitz Arena. We ensure that all required hygiene measures are strictly followed.
Cancellation Fees for Cancellations Before Arrival:
Up to 3 months before arrival: 0% of the booking price
From 3 months before arrival: 20% of the booking price
From 1 month before arrival: 50% of the booking price
From 1 week before arrival: 90% of the booking price (this also applies in case of late arrival and early departure)
Payment Options
The remaining balance must be transferred 14 days before arrival. Our bank details for the transfer are as follows:
